This event was truly one of a kind in the East Bay Area with jet fly-bys and guest speaker former Blue Angel Scott "Intake" Kartvedt.

The dynamic motivational speaker SCOTT "INTAKE" KARTVEDT will be our guest speaker for the evening. In 1999 Scott was selected as a member of the Navy’s Flight Demonstration Squadron, the Blue Angels, where he flew as the #7 VIP pilot, Opposing Solo #6 and Lead Solo #5. He retired from the Navy in 2013 as the Navy’s first Commanding Officer of the only F-35C Stealth Strike Fighter Squadron in the US inventory; Strike Fighter Squadron ONE ZERO ONE

His personal awards include the 2009 American Legion Aviation Valor Award, Bronze Star for combat leadership, Defense Meritorious Service Medal, four Meritorious Service Medals and 5 Strike/Flight Air Medals.
