PJTF Educational Partner — Private Pilot Ground School at Skyview Aviation (Tracy Airport) is a 13-week course (meeting once a week) that PJTF Aviation Scholarship recipients attend to build their aeronautical knowledge and prepare for / pass the PPL written exam, including test taking strategies.
